    The very best in good old fashioned customer service, very friendly with no pressure to purchase a car, they answer the phone very quickly and reply to texts and emails straightaway, they keep you updated every step of the way from the moment you decide to buy a car. they met every timescale they promised, I was allowed to go on a test drive by myself for around 15 minutes fantastic. the best experience I have had in buying a car in 40 years. these big companies have a lot to learn to achieve these high standards, a truly great family business.
